What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once we receive the item back.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, bundles, gift sets, and any items marked Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days after that. Expedited 2–3 day shipping is available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every UpTied product is personally reviewed by Von before it joins the collection. Our satin, cotton, and velvet styles are sourced through trusted hair accessory specialists. Our premium line uses 22MM 100% pure mulberry silk, the highest grade available. If it does not meet Von's standard, it does not ship.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $35. For orders under $35, standard shipping starts at $4.99 and takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. We also ship to Canada and the UK, international rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
