Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with UpTied Scrunchie & Co. Here is everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

US SHIPPING Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days, Free on orders over $35 Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, rate calculated at checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to the US, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation email.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
