Refund policy

At UpTied Scrunchie & Co., we want every customer to love what they ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

RETURNS We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with no signs of wear. To start a return, email us at uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

EXCHANGES We're happy to exchange items for a different color or style, subject to availability. Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS Bundles, gift sets, and any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly labeled on the product page before purchase.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
