We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached. To start a return, email uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final sale items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. They are clearly labelled on the product page before purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
