Processing time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by item and destination. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of dispatch. Items can ship from different warehouses, so an order with several pieces may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping rates

Standard delivery is free on US orders over $35. Rates for smaller orders and any expedited options are shown at checkout before you pay.

International orders

We ship to many countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Tracking your order

Use the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, email us at uptiedscrunchieco@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
